Level: II surya namaskara sequence. In this class the sequences are at a faster pace, and we incorporate more dynamic movement throughout the different postures. We focus on classical, A, and B sun salutations.
Level: I Vinyasa Karma sequence we pick up where we left off. Class is focused around the sun salutation classical, type A and type B. Tying the salutations with the Virabhadrasana postures 1, 2 and 3.
Level: II - surya namaskara sequence. In this vinyasa karma practice the sequences and postures become more challenging and are at a quicker pace. This class requires more energy from the physical body, so yogi should be easeful in level I before attempting level II
Level: I - surya namaskara sequences. In this vinyasa karma practice we pick up where we left off in our foundation class. Moving more dynamically and at a steadier pace. Class is focused around the sun salutation classical, type A and type B. Some main postures are Virabhadrasana I, II and III.
